1. Who we are
DeeniPay provides a cross-border B2B payment service that lets a business pay a supplier abroad, and lets a supplier request payment from a buyer. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you agree on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is for registered businesses, not consumers. You must complete business verification (KYB) before sending or collecting payments, and provide accurate registration, ownership, and contact information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. The service
Pay a supplier: you instruct a payment, pay in your local currency, and we arrange delivery of the agreed amount to your supplier in their currency through our payment partners.
Get paid: you create a payment request, your buyer pays the local equivalent, and the funds are delivered to your nominated payout account.
DeeniPay operates on a pass-through basis and does not hold a stored-value balance for you. We are not a bank.
4. Quotes, fees, and exchange rates
Before you confirm, we show the amount you pay, the exchange rate used, our fee, and the amount the recipient receives. A quote is valid for the period shown on it; if it expires you must obtain a new quote. Where you confirm against a valid quote, we charge the figures shown on it.
5. Your obligations
You will not use the service to break any law, sanction, or export control; to launder money or finance terrorism; to pay for prohibited goods or services; or to transact on behalf of an undisclosed third party. You are responsible for the legality of your underlying trade and any taxes on it.
6. Screening, holds, and reporting
We screen businesses, recipients, and transactions against sanctions and other risk signals. We may delay, decline, suspend, reverse, or report any transaction or account where required by law or our partners, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or prohibited activity.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and errors
You may cancel a payment only before it has been collected or settled, as shown in the app. If a payment fails or is not delivered, we refund the amount collected, net of any irrecoverable third-party costs, to the original source. Tell us promptly about any suspected error.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a transaction is limited to the fees we charged on it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the updated version, giving notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: legal@deenipay.com.
These terms are being finalised ahead of public launch. Questions? legal@deenipay.com
